Support for eclipx members

 

Current status of dispatch network:
  • North America - OK
  • Upgrade your Eclipx Client to version 1.1

Daily maintenance scheduled for 12:00 AM to 01:15 AM EST.

The eclipx program connects to the server and then promptly disconnects.
The eclipx service requires your eclipx client to respond to "keepalive" packets sent to it periodically by our servers.  You may have firewall software and/or a router blocking this traffic.  The TCP/IP ports required are 5200 - 5205.

You receive the following message when requesting support: "No applications were returned by Dispatch!..." or
The Request support form only displays the eclipx application..
This message indicates that you have not selected any applications during the registration process.  To add applications to your profile click on "User Information" in the Options menu.  On the Applications tab select the applications that you use.  To choose multiple applications hold the CTRL key and click each application that applies.  Finish by choosing the OK button.  The next time you request support these choices will be available.

The eclipx control bar centers itself as apposed to right aligning on your screen.

Has your support request gone unanswered?
Sometimes a request for support can take a long while before someone capable of answering your question for a specific application is found.  Try rephrasing your question. There may not be enough helping members online for the number of request currently logged.  Try our Certified service, a technician will surely answer you within a brief delay.

Can't log on to "My Account" page?
Your account may be locked out by error or your password doesn't match (your password is case sensitive, you must match the capital and lower case letters of your password).  Send an email to support@eclipx.com and indicate ECLIPX PASSWORD as the subject.  You will receive an automatic response to your email address listed on our files indicating the steps you require to complete in order to correct this situation.

 

* All emails must include ECLIPX or ITWI as the first word in the subject line of the email message to guarantee that it will be processed by our staff with the highest priority.
