If you are a software developer with one or more applications you know the difficulty and cost of supporting your customers.  Most often, you can talk them through their technical issue but more often then not you would give your eye teeth to visually interact with their desktop and validate their progress.

eclipx is just that, a visual tool that you can call on from time to time for those customers that would prefer your direct supervision. eclipx is a remarkable tool that you can request your client to download and install.  Once complete they (your customer)  then initiate the support incident by requesting your application and your Online Handle.  You connect with their desktop and send them your canned step sequences (step by step instructions) and chat while reviewing their on screen progress.

All we have is three basic requirements:

1. A visible link to the eclipx web site with special instruction posted for your clients on your web site describing how to generate a request that will connect them with you.

2. A formal request by your Company to our Business Development group at *busdev@itwi.com .  Indicating your corporate coordinates, web site, product names that you would like to list, and liaison that can be called for more information.

3. Try it tonight from home or wherever you have direct access to a public IP address.
