eclipx client support software has been tested on the following operating systems:

• Windows 95
• Windows 98
• Windows ME
• Windows NT 4.0 and  Terminal Server Edition.
• Windows 2000

Your computer should have at least:

• Pentium class processor
• 32 megabytes of ram
• 5 megabytes of space free on the hard drive. 
• Minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600, technicians require 1024 x 768

Eclipx Helpdesk client/server suite requires that the clients meet the same Eclipx Client requirements described above and the Helpdesk server requires the following:

• Windows NT 4.0 server
• Windows 2000 server

The server should have at least:

• 500Mhz Pentium class processor for up to 1000 users dual processors for up to 2000 users.
• 2 megabytes of ram per user.
• 5 megabytes of hard drive space per user.
