The LAN license allows you to setup a single Eclipx Helpdesk server on a TCP/IP network to service the following IP addresses:*

10.x.x.x  and 172.16.x.x to 172.31.x.x and 192.168.x.x

* External users can connect either via dial-up to the server or through a VPN connection.  To upgrade to a larger quantity or type, your price equals the difference between your existing license and the purchase price plus a 10% administration fee.

The WAN license allows you to setup a single Eclipx Helpdesk server on a TCP/IP network with any IP address, allowing roaming users or satellite offices to connect directly.

To upgrade to a larger quantity or type, your price equals the difference between your existing license and the purchase price plus a 10% administration fee.

The Enterprise license allows you to chain multiple sites equipped with Eclipx Helpdesk dispatch servers. Requires an enterprise license for each user at each location.
