The eclipx support concept was born from the need to continuously support family members and friends who require regular help when using computers and software applications. The core idea is to create a community of people who now provide support to friends and loved ones on demand, to a membership offering their services when it's best for them. 

Your involvement as a technical support member would in effect sponsor friends or family members who would use the eclipx service whenever they required it and you would provide help to others whenever you found it convenient. Of course, your involvement is not mandatory as a support technician, but your participation does help guarantee the success of the Free eclipx site for use by your friends and family.
